George Hales Soccer – Virginia Soccer Coach

George Hales soccer player is a professional coach who has over a decade of experience in Virginia. He was previously Assistant TD for the Washington Spirit and was a DA HC for five years. He has earned a Bachelor degree and a USSF A license, as well as a USC Futsal license. He has a background in business and spent the last 6 years with a local communications firm in Tysons.

Hales has coached the U16 Super Y League team in Washington since 2011. In addition, he has completed the NFHS coaching course. He has been awarded the Richard Lightburn Award for Outstanding Coaching in California and the Mayor’s Coaching Award for Volunteer Service with Under-Privileged Children. He also holds an FA Coaching Preliminary Badge. His experience as a coach has allowed him to become a top player in the United States.

Hales also coaches a U14 youth club in Virginia, and in the past coached the Tallahassee Cup teams. He also coached a DIV 2 team and a Region C team. He has coached teams in Florida, and has won numerous tournaments. He also coached U16, U13, and NT teams. He hopes to play college soccer at a Div1 university.

As a youth coach, Hales is passionate about the sport. He grew up playing for the school team and enjoyed the sport. He has been a head coach for several years and has coached teams at all levels. His first experience coaching soccer was at age five. He played for the amateur team Goole Town Juniors and was an undefeated team in 1992 and 1993. He also coached the U15 Boys to state championships in the early 1980s.

In his first year as assistant coach, Hales won the NCAA Championship. He was the first American scout to win the title. He is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and holds a NSCAA National Coaching license. He previously coached for the Tarpon FC and the Clearwater Chargers in Kentucky. He has eight years of experience as a coach. In the meantime, the team is doing great and gaining momentum.

Dawson was named Captain of the Varsity Soccer team during her Junior and Senior years at Osceola High School. She also received Honorable Mention awards as a Freshmen and Sophomore. She was a captain of the U18 Club team from 2007-2008. She is also an accomplished player. She was one of the first to get the honor of being captain of her Varsity Team as a senior.
