Pre Season Workouts Begin

This blog is going to be great to keep everyone informed… Here goes.
Returning players have begun their strength and conditioning program. Monday and Wednesdays players meet at 8am in the weight room with conditioning coach Josh Morzelewski. Tuesday and Thursdays its conditioning at the indoor track. Freeplay is Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7-8am.
Lots of early mornings, the payoff should make it worth it.Tweet
