Tryouts started bright and early this morning at 6:00 a.m. There were over 90 players in attendance, and with the one exception of a scheduling conflict with the Golf team, everything went pretty smooth. Players will be back in the IPF this afternoon at 5:00.

We posted a short video of this morning’s tryouts on our main site. You can see it by clicking HERE or checking out the videos section on the main site at www.byucougars.com.

Bindrup Looks GOOD!!!

by staff on Feb.24, 2009, under Team

Defender Richie Bindrup has been playing very well this pre-season.  Richie  who started out at defense last year but stepped into the midfield half way through the season appears to have not lost a step in the off season.  He will be a key player in the middle of the field this year for the team.

As a team, we’re very interested in hearing from you, the fans. This forum is here for you so feel free to let us know what kind of information you’re most interested in hearing about from the team. We’re continually adding to the website, so if you have any good ideas, we’ll be happy to look at them.

Obviously, as a BYU blog, we can’t just allow anything on the blog, so comments are moderated. But we plan on allowing just about anything that isn’t offensive. We hope you enjoy it.

See you at the game.
